Set up by experienced Travel Sales professionals with over 25 years experience we have launched the concept in the UK commencing with 2 newly constructed properties. Conveniently located at Kotugoda Ja Ela (approximately 15 minutes drive from the Bandaranaike International Airport Colombo Katunayake) in a gated secure complex 2 well appointed villas are now available on a short term weekly basis .
The complex named Millenium Villas which was constructed only 2 years ago has 24 hour security, parking facilities, gardens and a lake as well as the use of an outdoor swimming pool and recreational club house ( at an additional small charge). Both villas have their own garden and parking and the services of a resident caretaker are also included.
WILLOWBANK This is a modern newly constructed fully furnished villa with sitting room/ diner separate kitchen , front rear and side gardens , small veranda, TV , CD player, Washing machine , hot and cold water with showers ,microwave, cooker and fridge. Electricity bed linen and full housekeeping is provided in a quiet family home atmosphere.
Wilowbank offers 2 double bedrooms ( with ceiling fans) and sleeps 4 on a bed and breakfast basis ( Either Western or Sri Lankan cuisine can be catered for)
Charges : £45.00 per day for full house ( SLRS 7650) inclusive rate no taxes
SAMPATH GEDERA is an attractive upstairs fully furnished villa with 6 bedrooms that can sleep up to 10 people comprising of a large living area diner and fully equipped modern kitchen and downstairs bathroom on the ground floor . A small enclosed private courtyard is also a feature of the property along with a patio and large covered veranda for alfresco dining with 3 bedrooms at ground level with separate caretaker accommodation and facilities . A CD player is available for residents’ use and there is ample off road parking to accommodate a van or several cars. On the first floor 3 well appointed double bedrooms with 1 communal bathroom with shower is available including 1 bedroom with Air Conditioning ( supplement of £5 per night extra) and ensuite facilities. The property also boasts a small upstairs sitting area with chairs and sofa and 2 exterior balconies with safety railings . The attractive fenced garden is laid to lawn with exterior lights and trees and plants and all gates and rooms are lockable for added security. Outdoor patio furniture with exterior seating for 12 is also provided and a Barbecue facility is also available. All bed linen, housekeeping services and the use of a fridge, Microwave, Cooker are all available. Bed and breakfast rates available as is half or full board with a resident cook/ caretaker able to offer both Western and Sri Lankan home cooked fresh cuisine catering specifically to customer requirements.
CHARGES : £80 per day for entire house ( plus additional £5 for Air conditioned en suite room) all inclusive Bed and Breakfast no taxes. ( SLR 13600 ) Additional meals will be an extra charge depending on requirements and will be paid for locally directly to the Caretaker. A La Carte menus from £6 per head are available.
